| Nitro PDF Pro before 14.43 for Windows contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in the JavaScript implementation of app.alert(). When app.alert() is called with more than one argument and the first argument evaluates to null (for example, app.alert(app.activeDocs, true) when app.activeDocs is null), the engine routes the call through a fallback path intended for non-string arguments. In this path, js_ValueToString() is invoked on the null value and returns an invalid string pointer, which is then passed to JS_GetStringChars() without validation. Dereferencing this pointer leads to an access violation and application crash when opening a crafted PDF. For example, 14.41.1.4 and 14.42.0.34 have been reported as vulnerable. | ||||

Prior to 6.5.1749.0, NanaZip's seven in-house IInArchive handlers in NanaZip.Codecs unconditionally dereference the caller-supplied Indices array inside Extract when the archive engine signals extract everything by passing Indices as NULL and NumItems as 0xFFFFFFFF. This causes a NULL pointer dereference in the standard Test archive or Extract all code path for WebAssembly, ElectronAsar, Zealfs, Romfs, Ufs, Littlefs, and DotNetSingleFile archives, resulting in a process crash. | A NULL Pointer Dereference vulnerability in the management daemon (mgd) of Juniper Networks Junos OS and Junos OS Evolved allows a local, high-privileged attacker setting or deactivating a specific SSH configuration parameter to create a Denial of Service (DoS). A local high-privileged user configuring or deactivating a specific 'system services ssh' configuration parameter can exploit a null pointer dereference in one of the functions used by SSH. The function attempts to dereference a null pointer when accessing certain configuration data, resulting in an mgd process crash and restart. Continued execution of these configuration commands will create a sustained Denial of Service (DoS) condition. This issue affects: Junos OS: * from 22.3 before 22.3R3-S5; * from 22.4 before 22.4R3-S10; * from 23.2 before 23.2R2-S7; * from 23.4 before 23.4R2-S8.
